Healthcare authority models
The authority model reflects healthcare roles and responsibilities, so consequential actions stay tied to the people permitted to take or approve them.
Aether — a Vianordis solution for healthcare.
Aether extends Vianordis with healthcare-specific workflows, authority models, consent handling, and accountability requirements, so healthcare organisations can keep people, systems, and AI accountable under clear authority and traceable control. It is a specialised application of the Vianordis platform, not a separate product.
Controlled Alpha. Access is limited and by application; this is not a generally available service. The Alpha is limited to agreed, controlled, and human-supervised evaluation workflows and is not intended for unrestricted clinical use, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or automated clinical decision-making. Features, availability, and programme terms may change or be withdrawn, and participation does not guarantee production readiness, regulatory conformity, or a future release date.
Data rule: Synthetic data by default during early validation.
Release path: Controlled Alpha → Strong Beta → sector PoC → Release Candidate → Public Source Release.
Aether keeps the Vianordis governance model and adds the authority, consent, and evidence handling that healthcare organisations require.
The authority model reflects healthcare roles and responsibilities, so consequential actions stay tied to the people permitted to take or approve them.
Consent state can be recorded and referenced as part of a governed workflow, with the evidence of who acted and under which basis.
Actions and approvals are recorded as reviewable evidence, so a healthcare organisation can demonstrate how a governed outcome was reached.
Connections to the systems healthcare organisations already run, added only where they are implemented and offered.
Aether is being evaluated as a governance and evidence environment for administrative and controlled, human-supervised healthcare workflows. It does not diagnose, recommend treatment, or replace professional clinical judgement, and the current Alpha is not intended for unrestricted clinical use or automated clinical decision-making.
This is the same Vianordis platform — the same identity, authority, policy, action, and evidence model, the same European operation and governance — configured for a specific audience. It is not a separate product or a separate company.
The Alpha runs with eligible healthcare organisations and qualified domain participants under controlled, human-supervised agreements. Participation expands according to readiness, validation value, data sensitivity, and supportability. Register your interest or request a briefing, and we will follow up with eligibility and scope.
Vianordis is developed, operated, and currently licensed by GoSec Cloud OÜ. OpenSovereign Alliance Foundation is planned and no licensing cutover has occurred. After formation, required transfers, and a documented cutover, the Foundation will issue all new licences; existing GoSec licences remain valid.
This page describes a specialised application of Vianordis in a closed controlled Alpha. It is product and programme information, not a service offer, contract, medical claim, or regulatory statement. Availability, scope, and terms are defined only in a signed design-partner agreement.
