VianordisManaged Vianordis SaaS pricing. All managed plans use the documented GoSec Cloud OÜ service scope. Regions, subprocessors, processing terms, controls, application availability, and support are defined by the selected service and signed order. Customer compliance depends on use, configuration, data, and customer responsibilities.
A signed order includes only applications and capabilities expressly listed. Alpha, Beta, Planned, or unreleased applications are not included unless expressly scheduled.
All current application support is validation support with no production availability SLA. Paid tiers may define response targets; production SLA terms are available only for a specifically identified production-ready service through a signed bespoke schedule after readiness review.
GPU hardware, region, capacity, reservation model, runtime and model versions, managed-access state, and quotation validity are confirmed per order and remain subject to hardware availability.

Velum holds the tenant key in Vianordis OpenBao KMS, whether generated by the platform or imported by the customer. Full platform processing remains available.

For expressly supported data domains, a customer-operated proxy performs cryptographic processing and Vianordis stores ciphertext. Proxy location, visible metadata, failure behaviour, backup scope, and current validation state are defined in the service schedule.

Commercial software rights are not included merely by purchasing managed SaaS access. Before cutover, GoSec Cloud OÜ is the software licensor. After cutover, the Foundation issues all new software licences.
