Website Terms of Use
These terms govern the public Vianordis website operated by GoSec Cloud OÜ. Managed SaaS, support, data processing, commercial software rights, contributions, and Alpha programmes require their own applicable agreements and schedules.
General website access does not constitute approval for a regulated deployment.
Software licence precedence
Software source code and object code distributed under an identified software licence are governed by that software licence. These Website Terms do not limit rights granted under GNU AGPLv3 or a signed Vianordis Commercial Software Licence.
Acceptable website use
- Do not interfere with or circumvent security of the hosted website or service.
- Do not misuse credentials, scrape outside documented interfaces, or infringe trademarks, confidential information, or third-party rights.
- Restrictions in these Website Terms do not prohibit reverse engineering or competitive use where AGPLv3 or a signed commercial licence grants those rights.
Feedback and contributions
Website feedback remains governed by these Website Terms. The Forge is currently in testing and is not publicly available. Source-code and documentation contributions will open only after contribution guidance and the applicable contributor agreement are published.
Regulated and sector use
Sector-specific use is available only where expressly included in a signed service, Alpha, design-partner, or customer agreement defining intended use, responsibilities, controls, and limitations.
Separate contracts
Subscription renewal, cancellation, refunds, price changes, service termination, SLA, DPA, order scope, commercial software licensing, and Alpha terms are governed by their respective signed documents, not these Website Terms.
