GoSec Cloud OÜ
The company behind Vianordis. It develops, commercialises, and operates the SaaS, and is responsible for customer contracts, service delivery, support, and investment.
Software used to govern consequential actions should itself be inspectable. GoSec Cloud OÜ is the current Vianordis rights holder and software licensor. Validated Covered Vianordis Code will be released progressively under GNU AGPLv3 (AGPL-3.0-only), beginning with Vianordis Core. Applications follow after their validation gates. A separate paid Commercial Licence is available for alternative rights. The planned OpenSovereign Alliance Foundation becomes issuer of new licences only after a documented cutover; existing GoSec licences remain valid.
Current rights holder and licensor: GoSec Cloud OÜ. Foundation status: Planned; no cutover completed. Core source status: Not yet public. Application release model: Progressive, after validation. Managed SaaS: Operated by GoSec Cloud OÜ; invitation-based. Last updated: 6 August 2026.
Covered Vianordis Code released publicly by the current authorised licensor is available under GNU AGPLv3 (AGPL-3.0-only). Commercial use is permitted. Use, modification, operation, and redistribution remain subject to the licence conditions.
A separate paid agreement provides the alternative rights expressly stated in its schedule, including private modifications, closed hosted operation, OEM use, white-labelling, or redistribution. It does not modify, revoke, or replace rights already granted under AGPLv3 to other recipients.
Existing licences remain valid according to their terms. Fixed-term licences remain with GoSec Cloud OÜ until the paid term ends; a later renewal is offered as a new Foundation licence. Perpetual GoSec licences remain perpetual. No duplicate fee is due solely because of the IP transfer, and earlier AGPL releases remain valid.
Planned transition: as part of the intended IP transfer, the Foundation will grant GoSec Cloud OÜ a perpetual, worldwide, fully paid-up operating and development licence so GoSec can continue developing, modifying, hosting, and supporting Vianordis without issuing new third-party software licences after cutover.
After cutover, the Foundation is intended to receive new commercial software-licence revenue, renewals of expired legacy terms, an agreed annual GoSec stewardship contribution, grants, sponsorships, donations, and eligible project income. Funds are intended to support stewardship, security, maintenance, documentation, contributors, and eligible European sovereign projects.
Managed SaaS and services remain contracted by GoSec Cloud OÜ. Software licensing is separate.

Commercial use is permitted under AGPLv3. The paid licence is an alternative path for rights or terms not provided by AGPLv3.
Fees are indicative B2B prices excluding VAT. Covered versions, scope, term, deployment rights, services, support, and final fees require a signed agreement.

The SaaS product and product brand used by customers. It is a product, not a legal entity — it does not sign contracts, own trademarks, or grant licences by itself.
A planned Estonian sihtasutus (foundation) intended to hold or control the Vianordis source-code rights, grant both the public AGPLv3 and the paid commercial licence, and administer the trademarks — only after legal formation and the required rights transfers. It has no members and does not issue equity.
Covered Vianordis Code is being prepared for progressive release under GNU AGPLv3 (AGPL-3.0-only), with a separate paid commercial-licence path. GoSec Cloud OÜ currently develops, operates, commercialises, and licenses Vianordis. OpenSovereign Alliance Foundation is planned to receive agreed rights and issue all new licences only after a documented cutover; existing GoSec licences remain valid.
Participation in one path does not grant rights in another.
